Q. How do I provide you with artwork?
A. We accept hard copy by mail, or an electronic file via E-mail or through our FTP site.

Q. What software programs do you have and accept?
A. Photoshop CS, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Illustrator CS, QuarkXPress,
In Design, Adobe CS.

Q. Will I see a proof?
A. We will provide you with the type of proof that you request, by a hard copy, fax or a PDF through E-mail.

Q. How do I place an order?
A. The best way to place an order, initially, is to call us at 718.353.3297 and speak to a representative. If you are already a client we will accept an order by phone, fax or e-mail.

Q. Do you accept credit card payments?
A. Yes, we accept AMAX, Master Card and Visa.

Q. What are your hours?
A. Our regular work schedule is M-F 8 am-4:30 pm

Q. What is your turn around time on jobs?
A. Turn around time depends on the type of job you require. If you call us at 718.353.3297 we can discuss your project and let you know immediately how long it will take.
